Every key the viewer understands. Press ? inside a viewer to see the list.
Click or tab into a viewer, then use these keys. Press ? to open the shortcuts guide in the viewer itself.

Shortcuts belong to the viewer that has focus, so they never interfere with the rest of your page. Turning off Settings → Toolbar → Keyboard shortcuts guide (or shortcuts="false") removes the guide and keyboard navigation.
The Pro EPUB reader uses ← → / PageUp PageDown to turn pages and Esc to close its panels.
