    Is the free version really complete?

    Yes. Foliora Free is a complete PDF viewer with page, scroll, spread and 3D flipbook views, a document library, searchable PDF text and full accessibility. It has no locked features and no upsell screens. Pro is a separate add-on for protecting, measuring and selling documents.

    Does Foliora send my documents to another server?

    No. Rendering happens in the visitor’s browser with the PDF.js build bundled in the plugin. There is no CDN, no API key and no tracking.

    How do I show a 3D flipbook?

    Use [foliora file="…" view="flip"], choose 3D FlipBook in the block’s View setting, or switch from More tools in the toolbar. On screens under 640 px it shows a single page.

    Can visitors download or print my PDF?

    Only if you let them. Hide download and print per embed or site-wide in the free plugin. Pro adds Secure Mode, right-click and copy locks, a dynamic watermark and signed, expiring links.

    Can I sell PDFs and ebooks with WooCommerce?

    Yes, with Pro. Attach a document to a product, show a real preview of the first pages, and buyers read the full file online from My Account → Documents and their order emails. Subscriptions and membership plugins are supported too.

    Does it read EPUB files?

    Foliora Pro includes a full EPUB reader with contents, search, text settings, themes, bookmarks with notes and progress sync. The free plugin focuses on PDF.

    Is reading analytics GDPR-friendly?

    Pro analytics uses no cookies, respects Do Not Track, ignores bots, counts unique readers without storing personal data and purges data after the number of days you choose.

    Will it work with my page builder and cache plugin?

    Foliora has native widgets for Elementor, Divi and Beaver Builder plus a Gutenberg block, and it excludes PDF.js from WP Rocket, W3 Total Cache, Autoptimize, LiteSpeed Cache and SiteGround Optimizer automatically.

    What happens if my Pro licence expires?

    Protection keeps working: protected documents stay protected and paid files never unlock by accident. Renew to keep updates, support and the Pro editing screens.
